	Realtor Registration Policy Each participating Realtor MUST register their client(s) on or before their initial visit to any community with our Realtor Liaison or a Gladstone Homes Sales Representative. Realtors receive a 3% commission on all sales with registered clients. This commission will be paid upon closing, and is calculated from the current BASE PRICE of the home at the time of contract. If more than one participating Realtor registers the same clients, the commission on the sale will be awarded to the Realtor present at contract. All Realtor registrations are good for 90 days. If a registered customer fails to close, no commission will be awarded.
